Recommendedwe just moved to Westfield and had our cats first wellness visit here. Everyone- the office assistants, vet techs and doctors were so nice and wonderful! they were patient and took the time to answer all my questions. even helping me get medications transferred and referrals sent out. thank you all so much!
So took my dog and cat to VCA Montgomery road today for their booster shots… they gave my cat the vaccine meant for my dog! At first the vet was just like it’s not a big deal. It won’t affect her. Then she went into the back and a vet tech came in twenty minutes later on the phone with poison control to ask me how my cat was doing. My cats are groomed by Sandi at VCA Montgomery Rd. Sandi is sweet, kind and very caring. She is amazing with my cats. Oliver our male cat actually jumps in the crate, when I say, do you want to go see Sandi!!! I highly recommend her, you won’t find anyone better!!!
I called VCA Montgomery Road on Tuesday regarding something my dogs ate. I was EXTREMELY worried about my dogs. Brittany was extraordinary and went to great lengths to help me and put my mind at ease. I HIGHLY recommend this vet, they are awesome! Thanks so much for being so wonderful Brittany. Belinda and I took our little Riley to VCA Montgomery Road Hospital emergently April 9 after emergency surgery earlier that day. He was almost comatose and had to be handed off with recognition of COVID-19 precautions. The next day, despite some environmental discomfort, our 12 yr old X came bouncing around the corner, being led, albeit gingerly, by a staff member. THANK YOU to Dr. Rappaport and the entire hospital staff, especially the night shift on April 9 -10.
