Friendly, professional, courteous. They treated my cat like they were in charge, which might sound like a weird thing to note but not every vet does. Felt very comfortable asking questions. If I could give you more stars, I would. From speaking to the receptionist, to the awesome techs, to Dr Baldwin. I have never had a better vet experience. Thank you all so much for taking care of Mr. Meowgi.
This is the worst place I have ever taken one of my pets. Not only does the staff only care about money but it seems like they are trained to never actually give you your total but to throw a bunch of numbers around and a bunch of maybes. My fiancé and I both have had to make multiple phone calls to the manager after being there. Just to be told we are completely wrong. They only care about the money....
