All my cats have been seeing Dr. Jackson for years! My Zack had a lot of problems and was in a lot! They always found time to get him in right away to help him. Unfortunately I lost him in January. The entire staff was so very compassionate and caring group! Yesterday I had my mufasa in for a diabetic issue. For a cat that has high anxiety when he leaves the house, actually took a nap on the table waiting for his blood work results!! Dr. Scott Jackson, his wonderful wife, and the entire caregivers, at VCA Midpark, are beyond words for me to describe, the love, care, empathy, & compassion, they have given my boy, Charlie for many years. 5 stars? The most caring office staff I've come across in a long time. They helped us out with a very stressful time sensitive issue, when no other office in the area had the time to be bothered. They are genuinely there for the good of the animals.
I've been taking my 14 year old dog here for 14 years and there's nobody I trust more than Dr. Jackson.
My dog Ellie is 15 months old and have been bringing her here since she was a young puppy. Whether an office exam, nail trim, or boarding the staff is fantastic every step of the way. You feel your fur baby is special and not just a number. Highly recommended.
