We had an accident where our Aussie puppy encountered a fish hook while up in Payson. This was the nearest animal hospital that would take her on a Saturday evening. Without knowing anything about this facility, I was hesitant but she needed treatment immediately. I have to say, my puppy and I were treated with the upmost respect. Thank you for treating my Lexi Loo.
I had to bring both my puppies and my two year old daughter so my pups could get shots and the customer service was absolutely awesome! Two employees helped get my dogs out of the car. Recommend to everyone
Awesome animal hospital. The staff take their time with your furbabies. I recently adopted a kitten from the Sunny Slope humane society, the staff feel in love with him. His name is One Eyed Willie due to the fact that, well, he has only one eye. When I brought him in he had a bad cold. The staff went out of their way to load me up on stuff to get Willie well. They even called me the day after his appointment to check and see how he was doing. Keep Willie in your thoughts he is doing better but not 100% yet:)
Our cat, Lily, has been dealing with something since Sept... I have been having our mobile vet look after her, but things aren’t progressing as needed. He referred me to VCA, and I chose the Mesa office as it is the closest to us (still a 45 min drive, one way). Everyone was very nice, attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable... now we have a different approach to her treatment with knowledge of what’s next if this isn’t all the help she needs
