I had a very bad experience at Madera Pet Hospital. I gave a one star not negative stars because the bratty, immature Vet Elena de Morelos was willing to see my cat early. It was not okay the way she treated me and my cat. I am a long time customer of over thirty years. She said something mean during the appointment and it got worse from there.
