I was very pleased with the entire staff. They really went above and beyond in accommodating me with my sons 8 week old Belgian malinois puppy. Dr. Ashley was informative and helpful in obtaining a health certificate for Xiras domestic flight to her furr-ever home with my son in Kentucky.
Thank you for NOT being accommodating when our dog was in need this morning! We have since found a vet in town that is there for families in crisis when their fur babies are in dire need of attention! Thank you North West Veterinary Hospital for squeezing us in! Our baby is on the mend! You guys ROCK! No wonder you have a higher rating than Lakeside!
Everyone one here is the sweetest and most kind!!! They really took care of our puppy with complete friendliness and respect!! Would definitely recommend this place �
