I understand that you are closed due to facilities issues. VCA Covington are willing to honor your CareClub membership services but are finding it equally difficult to reach you. The voicemail box is full, the app won't allow me to schedule appointments or send messages, and you do not have messaging enabled on your facebook page. Please reach out to the Covington VCA hospital manager and arrange for them to temporarily honor the membership or cancel the membership and refund the several months you were not able to fulfill y... read more

I love this place, everyone treats you like a friend and your pet like their own. They don’t push a lot of expensive tests or treatments and instead give you options without judgement as to what you can afford to do or not do. They take the time to really explain what your pet is going through and how you can support them. Dr Rachel is my favorite, but I’ve also seen other vets there and they all seem to really care. I highly recommend VCA Kent.

Dr. Vellandi and the tech (I didn't get her name!) that worked with Ruby today are amazing. Ruby has high anxiety and is very scared of going to the vet. They took about 20 minutes to just let Ruby get to know them while sitting on the floor as she sniffed around. The tech was able to hold her (still on the floor) and keep her calm while Dr. Vellandi performed the exam and gave a few vaccine shots. You guys were so great with Armani and really took the time to listen to me and explain things to me in a way I would understand them. All the staff was super nice and welcoming! I am very pleased with choosing you guys as my vet out here in the PNW!!
