I love this place, everyone treats you like a friend and your pet like their own. They don’t push a lot of expensive tests or treatments and instead give you options without judgement as to what you can afford to do or not do. They take the time to really explain what your pet is going through and how you can support them. Dr Rachel is my favorite, but I’ve also seen other vets there and they all seem to really care. I highly recommend VCA Kent.

Dr. Vellandi and the tech (I didn't get her name!) that worked with Ruby today are amazing. Ruby has high anxiety and is very scared of going to the vet. They took about 20 minutes to just let Ruby get to know them while sitting on the floor as she sniffed around. The tech was able to hold her (still on the floor) and keep her calm while Dr. Vellandi performed the exam and gave a few vaccine shots.
