This vet’s office has always supported our family in taking the best care of our pets - they’ve gone above and beyond to answer our questions and address concerns about our cats’ health, get us appointments in a timely manner (even super last minute, day-of and next-day appointments), and help us save money through clear discussions about appropriate care and service options. We continued to go to this vet after moving to Kailua, despite the extra distance!
I would like to know what kind of kick back are your doctors getting for preventative care treatments such as dental cleanings. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!! Corporate animal hospital doing what it does best- ignore the customers and look at the dollar. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. My dog was a patient of Dr. Severson while we lived in Hawaii. During an appointment, Dr. Severson specifically told us that the NexGard Plus our dog was taking was not enough to prevent heartworm disease and that there was concern our dog could develop heartworm issues. Pretty heartbroken right now so this will be a short review. I just had to put my dog and best friend down yesterday due to a mistake made with his healthcare. I understand mistakes happen, but it doesn't help with the grieving process.
