VCA Kaneohe has great services. Went in for an emergency and Anson at the front made us sure that we brought our dog to the right place. He was helpful and very caring. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
Best on island. Period. They met me and my dog w compassion, knowledge and true desire to have my boy walk out with the best outcome. Not money hungry but hungry to truly help him. I appreciate their professionalism and care more than anything. I’ve been on island 5 years and this is the best care my dogs ever had. Incompetent and careless pet destroyers. They poisoned my pet out of unnecessary operations under their recommendation. Poor animal can’t talk and suffered to death. Run the other way if you have a healthy pets, or sick pets. Asked to talk to the owner days ago. No one called so far. “I wasn’t the one who did it” was the standard script. They also charged your credit cards unauthorized.
Please, please go elsewhere. When our cat was very ill, we had her seen several times within days at VCA Kāneʻohe. She saw several veterinarians at this clinic &, although she had high fever, could not walk, etc. they continued to send her home with us (with fluids & meds to calm her, for whatever reason) due to being unsure of what was causing it. It reached a point where they sent us to the VCA emergency clinic where they simply prescribed her antibiotics & fluids, curing her symptoms completely. It cost us THOUSANDS in to... read more
This place is great m, now we have Dr. Koperna and she is wonderful. We’ve been going to the vet since I was in high school and I’m still going to this vet 15 years later with my own dog. I highly recommend this vet. They are a caring and very great staff and the care club is definitely worth it.
