Horrible experience my pet died and they told me they cancelled my pet insurance, and now they are still charging me telling me it’s an IT issue when they already lied and told me a week ago it was canceled. Not to mention the receptionist is extremely rude and won’t let you speak to the manager. It’s been over a month and you guys still haven’t canceled my vet care plan it was supposed to o be canceled December 1st I just got charged again worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Vca Jackson animal hospitable is a high quality vet. They have great customer service and treat people okay too. They chose drugs that I researched and found where the best choice for my cat. Unfortunately their cost is higher then other quality vets.
