Great service, wonderful people! I've been coming to the Herndon Reston Animal hospital for a little over a year now and I will never leave. I absolutely love it! The doctors are very knowledgeable and always treat my pet with love and respect. The staff are wonderful and often visit with the animals in the waiting room and give them all sorts of special attention. I'm really glad I have found such a wonderful place to bring my pet.
If you value your pet do not take them to HRAH. They lost our cat that we loved for 13 years. We boarded our cat Simba with HRAH while we went on vacation. During this time HRAH called us reporting they had accepted a flea infested animal in the clinic. They needed to remove all their patients to deflea the premises. They asked for permission to take our cat home for the day. When they took our cat out of the clinic they transported him in a CARDBOARD carrier. The bottom dropped out.
