I love my Vet, Dr O'Brien, and his staff! They take such great care of my fur babies!
VERY happy with VCA Henderson pass. Welcoming desk staff, knowledgeable techs, and, of course, super vets. The facility is impeccably clean. The waiting rooms are well-stocked with informative pamphlets. Dr. David O'Brien, whom my dog Copper and my cat Vinny see most often, couldn't be pleasanter, more professional, or more genuinely concerned. I really do love this animal hospital.
Thanks to the wonderful staff at VCA Henderson Pass, I got to bring my puppy home that was diagnosed with parvo. The staff took excellent care of her, the vets personally contacted us to give updates, and they treated our little girl as if she were a part of their own family. They have made us customers for life!
A huge thanks to everyone at Henderson Pass VCA! You took such great care of my over weight dog. Thanks for taking the time to explain everything, and the courtesy call the next day to check and see how my baby was doing is very thoughtful. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Seriously the most caring and knowledgeable staff I have ever dealt with. My dog has been a patient of Dr Guerrero ever since he was a pup. I recommend her to anyone who wants a thorough, honest and intelligent Vet. She is down to earth and truly has our pets' interests at heart! Highly recommended!!
