RecommendedVCA Healthy Paws is absolutely wonderful! This is the only vet office I have ever heard of where the staff goes above and beyond and tries to reunite lost pets with their owners. They house lost pets for up to 10 days while trying to relocate the original owners. What an amazing concept and I can not thank them enough for caring for our lost pet until he was found. My dog Riley wasn’t feeling good this week so took her in and met the most caring staff that helped us through a rough week. I’m so thankful for everyone there for being so amazing! They truly care about the animals that come in and that was so clear in the 2 visits that we had this week!
They were extremely kind, compassionate, competent, flexible, patient and practical...all important qualities when dealing with animal patients-actually, these are important qualities when dealing with any and all living beings. Molly at the front desk and Dr. Lucy Mays (the medical director) were exceptional during our very first visit-which was an emergency, with our bringing our pup to them 20 minutes before closing. My family's 19 year old cat Whiskey's health took a sudden down turn... At VCA Healthy Paws they explained what was happening, gave us our options, understood that she was not going to be a $10k cat, and gave us a couple price breaks on the bill. After about a week or two of treatment it became obvious we had to make a very sad decision; and have her put to sleep. Losing a much loved pet is hell; they are after all family members. I love this place they have treated both my dogs Maverick and Love like their own. Maverick had surgery today and he was will loved and treated with respect and kindness.
friendly staff, great doctors and great facility. have taken all the kids from the day they became a new puppy member of the family all the way to the time they go to doggie heaven...would highly recommend this vet for your vet needs.
