I have been taking my pets to VCA Hanson for 15 years. During that time I have had just about every vet in the place and have never encountered any that lacked compassion, especially when having to euthanize an older pet. I don't understand the reviews that I've read by others who make comments about "lack of compassion" or mistreatment or ignoring the customer's requests or instructions. But, I highly recommend this group for your pet care!

If I could give zero stars I would. My mother had to put her dog of 14yrs down. Needless to say they were not compassionate at all. Poor dog could barely breathe and it took over an hour of them sitting in a room watching her suffer before they asked when the doctor would be in. After an hour of waiting in a room watching the dog suffer my parents left and went to HANOVER VCA. There they got great service. Awful
Haven't been for awhile because I moved but they (especially Stacey) were AWESOME. Always explained everything and never had any issues.
Love the people there. The staff is awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and very pet friendly! Not cheap, but I feel confident going there. Been going there 20 years. ☺️
