Excellent Service and the Staff is Excellent as well.
We have been going to VCA for over 10 years. We have three rescue German shepherds. Our female has fear aggression and nobody can touch her. Dr. Mellien has worked with us and we have a system on how to treat her.... It's quite an ordeal ... but it works out. All our dogs are healthy and happy!
Friendly knowledgeable staff. My dog literally gets excited as we approach the facility.
I'd give a lower rating than this, if possible. Very insensitive to the feelings of pet's family/owners. Very condescending, patronizing, to impersonal. Extremely callous with end-of-life decisions.
I felt so taken care of by the vet and the staff when it came to my little Ginger. She had a suspected UTI, which is what I was. I loved that the first visit is FREE since I am on a budget, but she is worth every penny! The staff and the vet were so kind and caring and I would highly recommend this clinic! I wish vet bills in general were not so expensive but that is just how it goes all around =) They took excellent care of my pet and I will definitely be back in the future, not too soon though I hope.. lol
Brought Mitzi in for the first time for an appointment with Dr. Perry. Mitzi liked Dr. Perry. Great service and very caring and helpful staff.
Great place will never take my pet kids any where else.
