I’ve been a loyal customer for 6 years. I taken care of my 2 dogs which includes check ups to ensure they are in good health. I called about 5:30 this evening because I discovered blood on Ben’s bed and then saw he has a large bloody abscess on his leg. Ben is about 16 years old........I thought I had a Vet who cared and had his best interest at heart. Instead I’m told there is nothing available for several days. What kind of Customer Service is that? Apparently a bleeding dog is not an emergency!! I couldn’t even bring him ... read more

Dr. Rico is incredible. She goes over and beyond to care for your animal. She’s very reassuring, honest and very informative. She helped us with our newborn Sphynx’s kittens and mama cat. The staff is great and friendly.. I would really recommend them and ask for Dr. Rico.
This is the best experience I have had at a vet. The vet got on the floor and sat down with my dog and hugged her and kissed her. It was really cute.
Dr. Rico is amazing, she made Bentley feel at home and made us feel at ease she actually got down on the floor with him and played with him. Her staff is amazing we love it here ❤️
Very kind and caring staff that has been taking care of our pets for last 2 years. When our two Corgis crossed rainbow bridge they handled their cremation as well.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My puppy had a vaccine reaction I came running In 10 minutes before closing and was treated with smiles, concern for our puppy as well as our fear that our puppy was so sick. They made sure we were all feeling better that everything would be ok. I had my 11 &16 year old daughters with me. Very respectful, caring, confident professional environment. Dr. Rico was fantastic.
