This is the veterinarian place I wish I had always been taking my kitty to. The doctors take the time to listen to you and explain everything and are very knowledgeable and caring about what is going on with your pet. I can’t say enough nice words about my experiences here so far. Thank you to the whole team! �
I was referred to Dr Graham by emergency vets Associates. My Pomeranian had teeth pulled and cleaned. He was more relaxed with Dr Graham and her staff than any vet he has been to in the past. The staff is very kind and gentle. I recommend them to everyone!
We took our very, very sick cat here and they ran EXPENSIVE tests, x-rays, lab work, examined him, and found nothing. Nothing. Sent my step-daughter home with a $450 bill and a can of cat food! He worsened that night so we took him to a real vet who immediately saw the issue - he had swallowed thread - it was in a knot around his tongue! One look at the x-ray and he needed surgery! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ALMOST KILLED OUR CAT by not being careful and competent.
They almost killed my cat, throwing out the word "malpractice" here. They lied to me about the condition of my cat, and their negligence would have led to his death had i not taken him to a doctor the next day, who immediately addressed the problem. DO NOT GO HERE
Beware don't go there don't go there they will not keep your animal first interest the money is all they care about they will continue to do surgeries and other procedures that your animal doesn't need and then it'll die anyhow I had this experience and the doctor she won't even own up to it she know she did bad but she's hiding and so is the owner they won't return my calls
