RecommendedI cannot thank the Feline Medical Center enough. I called multiple vets to get my kitty in on an emergency today, they got me in for an appointment within an hour. I just moved to Reno this week. The staff was amazing for such a hard day getting my precious baby diagnosed with heart failure. I appreciate everyones help and will continue to go here for all her heart check ups. Without everyone’s help I don’t think my sweet bunny would be here today. We took our cats in for general checkups and also because our boy had been having some respiratory issues. Everyone on staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved Dr. Santamaria, and our cats didn't seem to mind her examining them. No one tried to push anything unnecessary on us and they were understanding of our budget. We had to get medication for one of our cats and they made sure we understood what to look out for if there were any complications. I highly recommend them, as we will definitely be going back!
Wonderful experience! Fast, efficient, friendly and so much TLC given. Nice to have a feline only clinic. Dr. Thompson was so kind and gentle and explained everything thoroughly.
The staff was kind to me even though I didn't have it together that morning, was a few minutes late & fumbling and bumbling. Dr. Thompson took a good look over kitten and though it must have been excruciating, answered all my questions. My kitten cried loudly the entire time we drove there. She was nice when we left. Was not afraid anymore, so must have been treated very well in the back.
I just took my first cat to this clinic and received such amazing support. They let me ask all the questions I needed and didn’t treat me like an idiot for not knowing things. My cat is elderly and is going to need pretty regular treatment as she gets even older and I will happily bring her here from now on.
Wonderful doctor. Loved Dr. Fleming. Great place for good care of your kitties.
