If it weren't for Dr. T and the staff and VCA Feline Medical center I may not still have my kitty 13 years later. She has incredible health issues and Dr. T has always taken the best care of my cat to ensure her health and has never given up on helping her despite all her health issues. Thank you Dr. T and staff- you guys are awesome!
I've taken my cats to FMC for years. The medical care is excellent, and when I need to board my kitty, I know he is pampered and well taken care of. They know him and obviously love their work. He always comes home happy and healthy. Two thumbs up!
I recently took my two cats to Feline Medical Center. I wanted their teeth checked and soft paws placed on their front and back claws in an attempt to save our furniture. We were charged $71 per cat for the soft paws. The size used were too large and quickly fell off. I also wanted their teeth checked. We were told nothing about their teeth in spite of being charged $50 per cat for that examination. I asked right before we left and was told they were fine. This clinic has become greedy. Dr. Waller and Dr. Thompson are the very best! They have been taking care of my kitty companions for years. They tried so hard to save my old guy this past week, but he decided it was time to let go and go to kitty heaven. The wonderful Docs and VCA staff worked so hard to get him to rally! It was truly an ICU effort, but when it was looking grim, they gently and sensitively prepared my family. We said goodbye this morning and the compassion was so amazing and comforting.
