We have five Jacks, one of whom is very distrusting of everyone because of various issues before we adopted him. The staff here always knows how to handle him -- or me handling him. There's always something going on with one of these guys and girls (from regular visits, to emergency trips, to grooming) and they are always ready to make room/time for them at the last minute when we need them most. I can tell they all genuinely love and care for animals, from the front desk to the back rooms. Thank you!
We are really happy with this animal hospital. I have our dog Tiger under the care club which is a great financial choice. I love Mike and all of the doctors and staff. I feel that we receive great care here, and it is within a mile of our home which is even better. In addition, when we board Tiger at VCA he comes home happy. Another place we boarded him raised suspicions because when we came back home and picked up Tiger, he was severely depressed for at least a week.
I have used Falcon Village for 30 yrs. The staff and vets are wonderful. Love Claire. She has groomed two of my cats. Falcon Village are the only ones I trust with my fur baby.
We have been bringing our cats to VCA for years. Sadly, our oldest boy was diagnosed with renal failure, and we took him home to love him for as long as possible. Yesterday it was clear that it was time to say goodbye. We called ahead to let them know we were coming, and when we arrived, in spite of a full waiting room, we were recognized and immediately escorted into an exam room. Last night, my sweet girl had to be put to sleep at 13 years old. The amazing staff at Falcon Village stayed 45 minutes past closing time so I could get to the office to be with my girl and say goodbye. I can't even explain how wonderful and comforting it was to be there with her, and I am so grateful to the employees who gave up their time to stay with her. Thank you!!
