Everyone here is wonderful especially Dr. Sandy. My larger dog, Remy, is the human equivalent of that person you meet in the grocery store that unleashes their life story on you and tries to give you a hug but they smell like a trash can. I have never been to a more kind and accommodating facility in my life. You are ALL incredible! Can I give you ten stars?
Dr. Jenny, Isabel, and Ashley just tended to my Grim Reaper. They we kind, gentle, and very understanding. It turned out that Grim had a minor eye issue, but my peace of mind was worth it. Thank you, so much, for taking care of us today. A+ �
I took my 8 week old Shih Tzu for her first vet visit. I had just gotten her that week. From the minute we walked in the door everyone was wonderful! They called Sasha by name, they were expecting us, they greeted us well and everyone absolutely treated Sasha like a princess! I was very impressed. The Doctor was very thorough and explained every single thing to me. She gave me excellent instructions and even told me some fun facts to know about the Shih Tzu breed. I especially enjoyed that. My sweet precious Hunny is not doing very well. Doctor Tim was amazing! But she is going downhill I fear. She just stopped eating, I'm giving her water with an eyedropper. I dont know how to help her, and i dont think she'll make it to Monday. I dont have money for emergency , and she needs help!!! I'm so upset!
