Terrible experience. Dr. Chinn doesn't listen, she tells you her philosophies (Acupuncture) and if you don't agree she is extremely condescending. Our dog was experiencing severe separation anxiety the only help she would give is expensive unnecessary blood tests, having behavior specialists come to your home, and other very costly treatments.
