RecommendedVCA staff are professional. They are also very caring and in times like these(the Covid quarantine) we need more care and compassion. They took the extra time needed with our big beloved Rotty puppy when other vets , even our own couldn't. We will be sticking with VCA for our pets future care. We ALL expect the best for our pets...Maybe why we, or I, chose VCA Countryside Animal Hospital of Howell and Hamburg!. We All ask that our fur-babies be cared for, loved, and given the correct treatment, given what the Vet knows and from what they have to go on! My lab was sick for three days. Seem to be feeling better over the three day course, but vomiting again on the third day. Called Vca and the receptionist worked me in for a night appointment. All the other vets an area would not see her until the next day. All the girls there are exceptional and very caring. They recognized the concern and stress I had for my lab. I have only been using them for a month; they are so caring and sweet with my new little pup. they answered all of my questions regarding Reggie.
Such compassion is incomprehensible. The whole veterinary realm could study this team as role models for caring for both pets and their families. Thank you, Countryside, for making our pup's last days so comfortable and her passing so peaceful.
They are very caring and great with the dogs.

Saturday august 31st will always be a sad day for me the day we had to put my 14 year old mastiff boxer mix down. One of the hardest days of my life and yet they somehow knew how much of a hard time I was having and gave me the time I needed before I was as ready as I was gonna be.. dr warren came in and sat with us and was amazing and understanding.. answered all of my questions and tried comforting me as much as he could...
