I took my 14 year old dog to the Howell office during the quarantine for an emergency visit. She was in congestive heart failure and severely immune compromised. They told me they would not see her if I didn't consent to her getting another rabies vaccine. (She has had several.) Because I couldn't go in with her due to the restrictions, I asked them if they would vaccinate her against my wishes and they said, yes. Fortunately, I was able to find another vet who would care for her in this emergency situation.

took my dog here, because she was breathing heavy. x-rays performed, lung congestion observer-concerning bronchitis at this time. This can be triggered by viral or bacterial infection and or allergies, no obvious abnormalities observed. 6 weeks later at Novo Emergency, diagnosed with heart disease, collapsed lung lobe, and cancer in left lung.

Staff is very caring of not only the pets needs but also the humans. Treated us all great in a very hard time of saying goodbye to our loved pet. then to receive a hand written card of condolences was the final note to show me how much they care about all of us. mMost places are lacking in those details of people. it's the little things that count the most.
