As a new pet owner I don't really have a full grasp of how thinks work yet. And the individuals at VCA were AMAZING! My cat Pants was vomiting unusual looking liquid and I was a blubbering mess with my partner waiting for them to come back with my cat. The staff was so nice, especially with it being 1:30 in the morning! So professional and will be coming back for everything! Thank you so much to the staff for taking care of my beloved Pants!
took our 1 year old puppy in with vomiting and stomach pain. we felt so at ease knowing she was in the care of the loving staff and doctors. they really took the time to make sure we understood everything!

I went here with a friend and his much loved dog who was very sick and old. I think all 3 of us knew that things were bad. Unfortunately there wasn't much that could be done for her but the staff treated Holly with kindness and dignity and talked with us about really needed to happen. We had to make a hard decision and we were given time to come to terms with saying goodbye to a very much loved part of an extended family. Max and Buddy, my long coat and short coat chihuahuas, respectively, always enjoy their luxury baths at Companion Animal, and I enjoy it too, because I know they are always taken care of with love, and it gives me a furkids' mom morning out. Yay. Now Mr. Baggs, my tabby Persian, is not as enthused about his pedicure and other personal services, but I know he will be well attended to inspite of his cranky nature.
