We had been searching high and low for a veterinarian we liked, since moving to Ocala from Kentucky. After two underwhelming experiences with other local clinics, a friend recommended VCA Companion Animal Hospital, and we couldn't be happier! Dr. Fletcher and everyone from the front desk to the vet techs were super nice, understanding, and very compassionate. Staff and doctors are extremely pleasant with you and your fur babies. Not very often to find a doctor who takes their time and texts you to find out how your babies are doing after they treated them. Thank you so much!!. Rusty and Larry loves you guys. �
I brought my Cami in for a second opinion. She had been in so much pain that you couldn't even hold her without her yipping. She cried through the night in pain. My old Vet gave her pain meds and joint shots and wouldn't listen to me about the cries. I went back and told them it wasn't working and they just wanted to try another pain medication and continue the joint shots. I told them she is miserable and in a lot of pain.
