My husband and I just lost our rabbit, Artemis. We dropped of her dead body with them for cremation. We really appreciate the staff for giving us a moment to say goodbye one last time.
Amber is an older dog who has tumors. The doctor is very accommodating and understanding. He helped me choose an affordable path for keeping her comfortable and healthy for the rest of her long life. Thank you VCA, for caring and not taking advantage financially of a worried mommy!
VCA at Hickory Ridge is a wonderful veterinarian's office. The receptionist is pleasant and helpful, the techs seem to genuinely care about my dogs, and the vet (we usually see Dr. Kelso) is thorough and really takes her time. When my dogs get blood work or tests, they call promptly with results. When they are sick, I get a call in a day or two to check on their progress. The convenience to our house is an added bonus.
VCA at Hickory Ridge is within walking distance from my home, but convenience is not its best asset. From the receptionist who greets you to the techs and vets who treat your fur baby, VCA makes the whole experience welcoming and comforting.
