Loved Dr. Sara! However, when I called today for an emergency visit because my dog hurt his leg, my call was transferred to the Joliet location. I was informed that the Channahon location had closed permanently. With all the emails hey send out, you would think they could have informed clients about the closing! Not happy at all!

Why are they closing ? Does anyone know the reason ?
Almost $500 to see my dog after she was run over by a car and they couldn't do anything for her but give her an x-ray and send me out the door to another vet. The x-ray had to be retaken at the other vets office because it wasn't even clear enough to see all the damage to her leg. Might as well just drive out to emergency vet office and save yourself money. Complete waste of time and my dog could have died waiting for me to fill out a credit card application before they'd help her.
