My dog accidentally ate some mouse poison. Tara and Whitney sprang into action immediatley, grabbing her from me the second I got in the door and starting her treatment. The doctors and medical staff were patient, efficient, and understanding. They saved my baby's life. Thanks Y'all!!!

Edit: Originally left a 2nd star because some of the staff and doctors there were really nice to my new cat. Redacting that because they find it appropriate to harass people for leaving negative reviews However, he is a pound kitty, and came with a lovely case of Giardia and a respiratory system infection. Although you may pay a little more than average, you get what you pay for. And this entire facility exceeds average. Every employee I’ve had an encounter with treated my dog with enthusiasm and dignity. You can tell the employees are there because it’s a passion, not just for a check. It’s definitely a place you could drop your pet off and not have to worry about if they are treating them right. Definitely willing to pay a little more for a lot better service.
Dr. Peneguy is a very knowledgeable and caring veterinarian. I have been going to Causeway Animal for over 20 years with my last 3 dogs and have always been confident about their care. Although sad when Dr. Rovira retired, i couldn't be happier with Dr. Peneguy. She always calls with results of bloodwork and if Lola is treated for any ailments, Dr. P also calls that evening or the following day to see how Lola is doing.
