VCA Animal clinic on Causeway is the best. Since it was our first visit it was free and they gave her free heartworm preventive meds and flea prevention���
I love VCA Causeway Animal Hospital for my Fur Baby. From the front staff, Dawn, Natalie and all the Ladies to her specialist Dr. Gentinetta aka Dr. G, they are kind, loving and caring with all the pets. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend them. Charm aka the Lil Woman is 12 years old and I know her time with me won't be forever, but she's getting all the love and care and attention she needs thanks in part to VCA CAH.
Absolute fantastic service. Every thing is itemized and there are no surprise fees or prices. I was given options, advice and zero pressure. I spent a lot, but then I was comfortable knowing the treatments I paid for were essential. My pet is my best friend and he is worth every penny.
We used their emergency services. My puppy got into the worst kind of rat poison. I induced vomiting with peroxide and my dad called my very for me. They wanted to schedule an appointment, so we took turns calling emergency vets and VCA causeway were by far the most knowledgeable over the phone, they urged us to bring him in right away. They kept him three days ava treated him. Luckily we think he vomited it all up, it was worth it to leave him with the vet. I live in The Irish Channel and there are at least a dozen places closer than Causeway, but I wouldn't dream of taking my "kids" anywhere else. Although I was so sad when Dr. Rovira retired, Dodger and Lila adore Dr. Peneguy. She has gotten me through so many good and bad times, not just with these two, but with my two cats Jem and Savannah who lived to be 15 and 19. We love the entire staff and Dodger actually enjoys going to visit. All I have to say is, "let's go see Natalie and Dr. Peneguy",, and he is at the door barking... read more
Dr. Peneguy is a very sweet and helpful veterinarian. She is very caring too about her patients.
