Heartless groomers and managers. My 13lb terrier has been going here for 3+ years (Newtown Square, PA) We've never had problems and have always tipped 20%. At her last appointment, she got a bath and groomed. When I picked her up, she smelled like pee. I asked to have a manager call me but they never did. I called today to make a new appointment. These people will lie to you and try to scam you out of your money while your pet is suffering. They dont care about your pet, only how much money they can make off you. If they tell you they waived the fees, that's a lie, they will send a bill and reignite the pain from that night because they are soulless, heartless people who only care about money and lying to people.

I paid 2k for care club in 2019. I was assured I would save over 3k in costs. All my vet could charge care club was $200. I lost $1800 and now they are trying to auto renew on my charge card. Complete scam they are stealing money from us pet owners ð??¡
