I have personally worked in the veterinary field for too many years than I care to admit. I was referred to Dr.Rick Launza for an eye problem with my French Bulldog. I was so impressed from the moment I walked through the door all the way through coming back for follow up. Our precious rescue dog Nessa had a grand mal seizure and we rushed her to the VCA emergency hospital. The entire staff from the office gal, the tech and Dr. Gillon were so caring, supportive and professional. So grateful to know we have 24 hour care available for our beloved pets! Happy to say Nessa is home, feisty and doing well!!
