Been coming here for years and could never go anywhere else. Dr. Schroeter is incredibly attentive, kind, and compassionate. He always remembers the small details and is so fantastic with both pets and people. I recently lost one of my cats and had an incredible team supporting me here. They reached out with resources, sent a hand written sympathy card in the mail and offered condolences in person. The whole staff here are wonderful, especially the admin team. Very friendly staff and the veterinarian was amazing. He was very professional and I could tell he genuinely cared about my cat's well-being. I highly recommend VCA Pretoria.
Great care, knowledgeable and caring staff, and able to get appointments quickly. We have two fifteen year-old cats with complicated health issues that are cared for really well by the team.
My friend's cat passed away while I was watching him; they took me in right away at 7:30am to take care of everything quickly and easily for me. Wonderful service from Sera G & all, including the Carling branch which I called first. Grateful.
