I've been coming to VCA for a long time now - 9 years! I've brought my three cats and dog. My dog, Ellie, is nervous at the vet. When she was young and we first started coming to this clinic, she was very nervous and sometimes barky, so we had a few experiences where the staff seemed nervous, which made her more nervous and those weren't the best experiences. The staff and vets here are extremely sweet, and I always feel comfortable bringing my kitty Van Gogh in for anything he needs. The app is also amazing and I high recommend downloading it if you go to a VCA vet
