I had brought my dog in back in October , he was given meds and the veterinarian personally txtd me a few days later to make sure he was doing okay. A few months later i unfortunately had to put him down and they were nothing but kind, caring, comforting and understanding. A couple weeks later I got a letter in the mail with a sympathy card and kind words. I truly felt that throughout the process they were genuinely invested in my dogs well being.
