The receptionist was always nice and kind, and I appreciate that. However, I am extremely sad and disappointed about my experience with this clinic. After my dog’s medication was changed, I believe he had a very bad reaction. His condition deteriorated quickly, and unfortunately, he passed away shortly afterward. This happened over the long weekend, when the clinic was closed, and as a patient I had no way to contact anyone for advice or assistance. I’ve been going to this clinic for years with multiple animals. My last two visits were unacceptable. I thought I’d give them a second chance after my first excuse for a visit which lasted exactly 4 minutes. This is inexcusable for the prices they charge. I recently went back with a tick issue with my dog and after waiting 15 minutes in a tiny room with no ventilation (which was even admitted by them) both my dog and I were feeling hot and anxious and there wasn’t a customer in the place but still kept us waiting that long…n... read more
