Today I took my sweet boy in for cremation. I was greeted by a wonderful lady named LeeAnn. Such a warm, kind and full hearted person, who made letting my boy go just a little bit easier. That's 3 of my fur babies now I've trusted to O' Sullivans and every experience has been nothing short of a blessing. Thank you to all who provide such amazing care and support LeeAnn Mister Chow and I thank you with both of our hearts.
I was in desperate need for help with my cat who was having a skin issue and anxiety. VCA O’Sullivan location helped me out asap and got me in earlier than my appointment twice as I called in desperate need for help as I was anxious for my poor kitty. They allowed me to come in even earlier than my early appointment. They were thorough with my cat and me, and let me ask 100 questions.
