My first dog was a client here for almost 8 years. We got a new puppy recently and I was bringing her in for her first puppy visit. When I got there, I was informed that I had to reschedule the appointment because I was 10 min late. Actually, I was 7 min late and I own that. There wasn’t a single person/animal in the waiting room and the exam rooms were empty. This is not on the office staff or vet techs who were all nice and good with my dog.
