I brought my new puppy here and i couldnt be any happier. The staff was friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The doctor took excellent care of my girl.
Give it less if I could. Staff comes in and out on a revolving door it seems. Vets are only in the office 2 days a week and always cancelling when they will be there so your appointments are constantly canceled. Maybe it would not be so bad if they opened beyond 5 and on weekends and had vet care for those days. Time to look elsewhere.
They are simply the best. Everytime we are here they take care of my dog so well. They eventually send reminders and also follow-up with calls and emails when something is happening to my dog. Thank you for your amazing service!
I have been a client of this clinic since 2006 with my old pets. The only downside is the expensive pricing of services.
Even though my visit there was for the most heart breaking moment in my life, they made it comfortable and really respectful. They were not a money grab animal hospital and had the most empathy. The doctor was kind hearted and gave all the the options.
