Been coming here for years. This place has gone so downhill it’s not even funny. The vets are good. The general staff are typically unhelpful, and miss details/mess up files, not to mention overpriced for basically every service they offer. I’ll be happy to take my pets elsewhere from now on and never have to be strong armed into overcharges and bureaucratic power plays. They’ll literally stress you out and make you pay for it. There are better more honest places to care for your pets.
Amazing service, very impressive experience overall. The doctor was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to carefully explain everything and made sure I fully understood the situation, which really gave me peace of mind. On March 24 at around 11 a.m., I called to request a refill for one pill for my cat. I explained that I had accidentally wasted a dose while trying to give it, so I needed just one more pill. The receptionist I spoke to said they understood and that they would contact me when it is ready. However, by nearly 5 p.m., I still hadn’t received any call or email, so I called again. this is not a vet its a sales center. every time I come for a specific problem they hard sell you on a bunch of unnecessary things. Don't care about dogs actually just how to drain the owner
