I have multiple experiences with VCA Downtown and they are truly the kindest and most helpful people here. Especially the vet techs and receptionist, they are so patient and understanding with my situation and was willing to make accommodations for me specific to my case. I am leaving the country but I recommended all my friends to come visit this clinic. I feel safe and I trust them with the life of Po. Thank you so much VCA.
Expert care for my pets, professional and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Skye O'Shell is an absolute god send. I would recommend this place, Monday to Sunday, 24/7!

Extremely disappointed with the clinic’s prescription policy. I spent over $300 during my cat’s first visit, including the ear examination, and purchasing the prescribed Surolan directly from the clinic. Less than 24 hours later, I simply requested a copy of the exact same prescription in case I needed future refills from another pharmacy. To my surprise, I was told I would have to pay an additional $31 prescription writing fee. I was not asking for a new consultation, a new diagnosis, or a different medication. The staff here have been nothing but kind and the vets really make me feel heard. Ive had to get some last minute appointments squeezed in quite frequently and theyre always able to find a slot for me which is amazing. 1 star off because of the pricing which makes me sad since it really is a great clinic but it makes me want to put off getting care for my pets :( I'm having to shop around for cheaper locations instead of going to a vet that i trust and have history with my pets...
