Every staff member was kind and welcoming to me, and treated my animals with genuine care and consideration. I felt like the staff is always prepared for our arrival, ready with my pets name and file information. I noticed that every single client and pet that came in was also treated equally as well. They charge twice as much as other vet clinics, keep your options open and look for cheaper prices. $600 for a neutering that others charge $300 for is insane.
Just watched the documentary about the corporate profit VCA has implemented on Vets and pet parents. Vets should be about the best care not highest profit and ripping people off. Shameful and I will be spreading the word. VCA only cares about making more money and will do anything to make it.
