I needed special care with my cat and they were awesome. Highly recommend for both the facilities and professional service received.

Website says “first visit free for new patients”. What they don’t tell you is it’s only free for a “wellness check”. If you have a specific concern about your pet, the exam fee is a whopping $150+tax. Absolutely ridiculous. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for making misleading claims and charging the highest exam fees in the entire city. Dr Bassindale is thorough, informative, and always has the best bedside manner with my little girl. Amazing staff, always very friendly. Definitely worth joining their care club!
