My dog was a client there for 16 years. When the horrible day came that we were left with no choice but to have him put down the clinic said they were too busy and would not be able to get him in until the following week. This was not something that could wait 6 days. They didn't even care nor did it matter to them the pain or discomfort he would have to endure waiting. It was disgusting. Last week we had to make the difficult decision to put down my Dad's dog after months of declining health. The decision was made Thursday evening. My Dad called first thing on Friday morning, only to find the clinic was fully booked for the day. He received a call back an hour later to be informed that the staff agreed to work through their lunch hour to provide an opening to put Dad’s dog at rest. We brought our cat here back and he received way above and beyond care. They were all truly amazing with him. We are so fortunate for the lovely ladies who took such amazing care of him, he would not be here today if not. We appreciate them so much!
