Mostly good experience. The vets themselves are good and easy to talk to. However I've had issues with their pricing (crazy expensive) and most recently refusal to renew a prescription (that I got from their emergency side) without booking another appointment on their general practice side. Disappointing.

Please look elsewhere if you need to take your pet to a vet. Even if it's father from your home and you have to take a taxi, the treatment here isn't worth it. The very we saw clearly didn't want to be involved in improving my cats quality of life. He encouraged him to be hospitalized at their adjoining emergency vet for 5 days at 1000$ a night and an ultrasound for $1000, a choice other vets I've since talked to found baffling.
