Dr david dukoff is not human. He is cold. We put our cat down on Sept 25 2025 because I /we felt pressure to. Only to find out his fee was more than her care. We made a big mistake. Please listen to your heart, because the heartbreak is overwhelming. For Bella
I agree with the concerns raised in the posts below. I had a very similar experience and would give a 0 star if I could. I brought my dog to this facility solely to do my due diligence and ensure she was Ok. At the time, she was not experiencing any serious issues, only some slightly heavy breathing. I had monitored her closely throughout the day before bringing her in she was ok. Tragically within a few hours of being admitted, she passed away. No one wants to end up at the 404 Emergency Vet, myself included. Dr. Walter and the entire team at 404 were outstanding. They took their time explaining every step, helped me make really tough decisions, and offered kindness and care throughout the diagnostic process. They sat with me as I weighed the pros and cons of my options, gave me expert advice, and really demonstrated compassion in handling my case.
