They were wonderful! My fur baby had been off and on sick for two weeks. They figured out that he had a blockage requiring surgery. It was such a stressful time and the staff could not have been better. They were comforting, knowledgable, and quick to act. They always took the time to take my calls and update me on the progress. The way they took care of him gave me so much peace of mind!
Sadly had to say goodbye to the bestest girl after 15yrs. VCA was exceptional over the past several weeks as visits were urgent and often at all hours of the day and night. Each time, the docs and team met us with that rare blend of competence, empathy, and kindness that took the edge off and ultimately bought us a little extra time with our baby that we were so grateful to have. I hope you never have to visit, but if you’ve got something urgent, they’re the ones to go to. ❤️🐶
My husband and I unfortunately had to put our cat down last week. The staff were very kind and compassionate. We had to make a very hard decision and we could tell they cared and treated our cat with kindness and love. It was a very welcoming environment overall. Saying goodbye to my cat was one of the hardest moments of my life and they never once made us feel rushed or stressed about having to make the decision. This review is specifically for Dr. Cho in ophthalmology. My dog was presented with squinting, which his primary veterinarian suspected might be glaucoma. Dr. Cho instead diagnosed a corneal ulcer and recommended a debridement -- a procedure my dog had undergone successfully twice in the past. Unfortunately, following the procedure performed by Dr. Cho, my dog developed a serious eye infection and ultimately lost all vision in that eye.
