I WOULD NOT recommend this clinic to anyone! I would give this place 0 stars if I could.Dr. Noelle Rathmell is so rude and unprofessional and the staff does not call you back like they say they are going to. My wienie dog got the typical back injury that caused his back legs to be paralyzed. I wasn't able to go to the appointment and they sent no discharge instructions home with my husband, so I didn't know what the plan of treatment was. This place is inconsistent. they seem to sneak extra services your dog doesn't need to increase billing. I have a perfect example of this. I have a dog that has broken a toe twice. The first time we dealt with the toe it was 6 weeks in a splint/cast - with x-rays at time of diagnosis and at the end of the 6 week period to make sure it was completely healed. This second time we have been charged an extra 300$ for x-rays at 4 weeks. so now we have had x-rays at week 1, 4, and now 6. Why is it different this time? Inexperience?... read more
