My husband and I went to tour their facilities for our Boston Terrier, Dexter. Debbie told us that Dexter would need a shot if we decided to board, but we it clear that we were interested in nothing more than a tour. Upon our arrival we were whisked into an examination room for a "free" complimentary exam. The doctor told us that this was standard annd made conversation while he examined Dexter.
