I connect believe the lack of professionalism, the concerning office procedures, and shocking lack of attention to animals under the care of the Animal Clinic of Benicia. I brought my dogs in for a check up and Dr. Harpaul Sandhu literally shhh'ed me when I tried to ask a question. Then, he finished his exam and left without ever letting me ask how they would help me reduce the 'extreme constant pain' he said my dog was in because of her knees. RecommendedTook Full Moon Bear there for the first time this weekend and knew we found our vet. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Bear really took quickly to everyone. Dr. Jacobsen really loves animals. Vet tech, Jennifer was so nice and took her time explaining different types of medications and vaccinations to me.
Dr Ryan and his staff are excellent and we highly recommend them. Dr. Ryan treated our pup successfuly last year for an infection that almost took her life. His approach with antibiotics saved her from an unnecessary surgery at Sage. We are very grateful and will only go to Dr. Ryan.
Dr Ryan was very informative & professional on our last visit. i am happy to have found such a kind & caring vet. The office staff are all very friendly & seem to enjoy their jobs.
YES we would recommend them and already have. Our lil Lulu recently had to go see them and we are grateful for the way they treated her and us!!!!
