Wow, this service is really stupid.They're booked up through the next two months and I couldn't even get an appointment. What good does that do nothing?
Dr. Nightingale and every tech I’ve met has been an absolute pleasure. They are so good with my pups! I had only ever used them once in my life for an emergency years ago. I took in a sick pup and they were the only ones that could see me same day. I drove 35 minutes to go, and was so impressed I’ll keep driving two towns over. Everyone there is so nice- even the receptionist was offering to help me when I had my hands extremely full all the way to my car. The VCA Animal Hospital in Sunnyvale is the very best! They are thorough and caring with our dog, Gretchen. We feel so secure when we leave her there for boarding. She loves Anthony when she visits and we know she’ll be taken care of in his hands.
I had An appointment scheduled for this morning for a wellness exam but after reading all the reviews I’m scared to take my baby here even the interaction over the phone with Donna it didn’t appear i would Have a pleasant experience
This place sucks. Charged $400 for the visit to tell us our dog has breast cancer but that didn’t include any tests to confirm it, just an estimate to how much treatment would cost ($1500+) Didn’t give her anything to ease inflammation or breathing troubles. Clearly they don’t care about your pet- only money. Go elsewhere‼️‼️ UPDATE: went to a different vet for further treatment and they said the tumors are so small... dog had other problems like allergies and a popped kneecap that this vet DID NOT CATCH.
