We have used Baywood for many years and always had a good experience. However, this past year has been very different. We took our cat in for what we believed to be a simple vet tech check for his blood pressure. We put a perfectly fine cat into the crate. The vet tech took our cat back to the back for the blood pressure check. When our kitty was returned to us could not stand on his own.
