The staff is amazing! I can’t say enough about their kind, energetic, and gentleness not only with the patients, our fur babies, but their owners as well! The facility is so clean and well maintained. Would recommend this practice time and time again. We have been using them over the course of the last 15 years or so!

super caring, positive, and helpful staff
I called prior to making an appointment asking if they carried a specific vaccine to only vaccinate for parvo and distemper (over vaccinating for non core diseases can cause more harm than good) When they said they did Carry that vaccine I made the appointment for my 12 week old puppy. I show up to the appointment and they tell me they do not carry the vaccine but can order it. So I stupidly trusted them and showed up a few days later to get him vaccinated. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The Doctor and Tech were both patient and informative. I honestly believe my cat enjoyed his visit. I have never seen a veterinarian's office with a "cat room"! Best Vet visit ever!!
Wonderful friendly staff, very knowledgeable and just awesome with my dog in general. Doctors are very easy to talk to and try to make your visit as comfortable as possible. I have an anxious Shepherd and they are always wonderful with her. They answer all of my questions and don't give biased advice when it comes to how to care for your animals. Just great all around.
Everyone is so kind, caring and compassionate from the girls at the front desk, technician and veterinarian. I've been going to VCA Baybrook since 2013.. Mr. Muchy (my dog) loves everyone there..
