The experience I had was a good one, but it was just to pick up some over the counter meds. The girl and guy behind the counter were very nice and helpful. Especially Vinnie. Vinnie was able to help me decide which flea meds would be best for my dog, Vinnie, without needing an appointment and prescription. I will certainly return here for other vet needs. This is simply based on my interactions and knowledge of the staff. I have not actually had my dog, Vinnie, in here yet and haven't met the actual vets.

I spoke on the phone with one of the receptionists asking a simple question and was spoken to like I was a child. She also had a rude tone in her voice throughout the duration of the call. I’ve brought my dog in the clinic before and the nurse and doctor were extremely helpful and gave my dog excellent care; but I’ve never felt so strongly about how I’ve been treated by someone on the phone that I’ve felt the need to write a review. 5 stars to the vet staff but a negative 5 to the nasily voiced hag on the phone.
