Nikki the groomer is the best.
I originally was apprehensive on going here since it is more of a franchise; however, they are wonderful. The staff is pleasant, caring, and very compassionate. I am really glad I took a chance and tried them. The office staff is even friendly!
Sadly I am changing vets. I live at my mothers in sussex getting ready to have my lower left leg amputated while fighting a nasty infection at the same time. I put in a prescription for my dog at 10am and at 3pm tried to call, only to have the mailbox full and couldn't get a hold of anyone. So I had to drive 40mins to just to findout if it was ready... It was not. I stopped at my house and waited until 6pm with no response, even tried calling but again no one answered with a full mailbox. So at 6pm and in a lot of pain and d... read more
