This place used to be great but: -Significantly higher vet bills in comparison to other vets in the area -no urgent appointment availability -not even open when they say they are -they don’t return calls -can’t even get their vets to show up -they push services My pets had yearly exams and vaccines at vetco and VCA refused to acknowledge that a wellness exam was completed. Price increases? Owned by private equity firm VCA / Mars.
At this point they are irrelevant as they are only open 4 hours a day and only in the morning at that. Just tried to run on lunch to grab my dogs prescription by taking my lunch early but road construction made me late enough they'll be closed by the time I arrive. I've been coming here for 11 years with my dog in that time he's seen the same vet maybe twice before the replacement comes in we start the cycle again. Do your self a favor and find a good local vet that isn't VCA.
